Returns

Please note that we do not accept returns unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase from our website.

Refunds (if applicable) 

If you discover any problem with the item(s) you just received, please inform us immediately.

- All returns and exchanges are free in Hong Kong
- All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging
- Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
- Make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package
- Items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 7 days of your order being dispatched
- Once received by us, returned items are processed within 10 working days
 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
 

The right to return or exchange a product does not apply to goods which has been used, worn.  The right to return or exchange a product does not apply to certain items due to health or hygiene reasons, such as bib, swimsuit, underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles, socks, handkerchief, hats and all accessories.  All items purchased on sale are not returnable.

FAULTY ITEMS

We have thoroughly inspected all the items before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality of the goods you purchase from us.

We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of manufacturing faults.
